Refund and Returns Policy

This store is fulfilled by a print on demand drop shipping company.

Refunds

Since our products are specifically made, we do not provide refunds or accept returns, except if customers receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Please read this policy before ordering.

Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer. We cannot stress this enough! Returns must be authorized, so please send us an email at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you. If you send your item back directly, you may forfeit your order entirely as we would not be able to receive it.

If your item is refunded you agree that the shipping (and return shipping) will come out of the refund amount.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns except for rare cases where a product may arrive wrong or damaged. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected].

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Shipping fees are not included for returns.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! But it’s at our discretion.
